At a Gun-Safety Dinner, Hochul Signs Two Bills on Ammunition and Locked Storage, and Accepts an Award
Governor Hochul signed a bill applying firearm background-check bans to ammunition, along with “Francesco’s Law,” which requires gun owners to lock up firearms not in use. She signed both at the New Yorkers Against Gun Violence benefit dinner, where she received the Allard K. Lowenstein Award.
